Production

When filming it was hard to have continuity because we filmed over two days because we didn't have enough time in one lesson, because this was done in lesson time.

People who were there on there on the first day weren't there on the second day or didn't bring costume. Harley (Matt) had his hair cut between the days so we had to re-film parts with him in we had already filmed. People's hair and make-up was also different because of the different days. Because the room we filmed in had been used between the days filmed the tables and chairs were in slightly different places and the mise-en-scene was slightly different. The weather was also different.

Because we had very limited equipment compared to the official video it didn't look exactly same.

Timing and lip syncing was also an issue because we had the song on very quietly through a phone for the first day and still quiet the second days because of our limited equipment and facilites. The boys found it hard to move and lip-sync at the same time, so this made us waste time because we had to film over and over.

The costumes used on the video were all exactly the same but because we were given such short notice to prepare for this we had to just get what we could so as a class we didn't all match.

In the official music video there are a lot of people in the class and dancing outside but because we are a small class anyway this was hard because we needed one person to film, one person to direct and one person to make sure everything was safe. This made the class even smaller but people also forgot costumes or were away so this made the cast even smaller.
